Thurrock are excited to launch a new pilot, introducing Wellbeing Teams to deliver innovative care and support, in a radical way – through self-managed teams.

They are looking for two full time Wellbeing Leaders who will deliver this role between them, working to their strengths so some of the role will be done by one person and some by the other.
